Kebabs are small meats, poultry, and vegetables threaded on a stick and cooked over slow fire. Urban Gate specializes making Persian-style kebabs. Our technique comes from Iranian traditions

Koobideh (Ground beef & lamb, mixed with onion and spiced with saffron) —– 12

(All above Persian entrees are served with an Urban basmati rice cone topped with saffron, BBQ roma tomato, red onion, a wedge of lemon, and small house salad)

Baghali Polo(dill infused basmati rice with fava beans) to any Persian entrée for —– 1.5

Start with shallot yogurt and lavash (Persian-style bread) —– 5
